Riyadh - Mubasher: The board members of International Human Resources Company (IHR) recommended cash dividends totaling SAR 4 million, equivalent to 16% of the capital, for 2025.
The firm will pay out a dividend of SAR 0.08 per share for 50 million eligible shares, according to a bourse disclosure.
Meanwhile, the distribution date will be determined after the company’s general assembly approves the dividends proposal, within a period not exceeding 15 working days from the entitlement date.
In the nine-month period that ended on 30 September 2025, IHR logged net profits amounting to SAR 6.96 million, an annual leap of 832.27% from SAR 747,120.
