IL Cazar, Orange Egypt join forces to enhance telecom services

Cairo – Mubasher: Il Cazar Developments has inked a partnership agreement with Orange Egypt, according to a press release.

The deal covers providing residents of Heliopolis and CreekTown Projects with triple play services and smart cities solutions, which include high-speed internet, IP telephone and IPTV services.

Additionally, installing a fibre optic network will ensure seamless connectivity and high-speed internet, reinforcing operational efficiency and enhancing the overall living experience for residents.

Engy Nassif, Managing Director and Co-Founder of IL Cazar, stated: “This partnership will not only improve our clients' quality of life but also increase the comfort and luxury of our residential communities by giving residents access to the newest technology that simplify and improve their daily lives.”

Go Heliopolis project spans 18,000 square metres with total investments amounting to EGP 5 billion.

Meanwhile, the Creek Town project, located on 100 acres, includes 1,500 diverse residential units to meet various client needs, including apartments, townhouses, twin houses, and villas.

The total investments in this project amount to EGP 11 billion and the company has achieved sales of EGP 3 billion in 2024, out of a targeted EGP 4 billion for the year.

Last May, Il Cazar Developments launched the Safia project in the North Coast, with investments totalling EGP 30 billion.
