Cairo – Mubasher: IMKAN Misr has entered into a partnership with MQR to redefine workspaces at Alburouj Business Park, the first fully integrated commercial district in New Heliopolis, according to a press release.
This partnership marks a pivotal step as Alburouj Business Park emerges as the first commercial hub in New Heliopolis, East Cairo.
Alburouj, the flagship project of IMKAN Misr, spans more than 5 million square metres in a prime location near key landmarks, such as the International Medical Center and the New Administrative Capital.
The strategic connectivity to major roadways, including the Cairo-Ismailia Road and the Regional Ring Road, ensures accessibility.
Muhammed Nagi, CEO of WRK+, highlighted that the collaboration addresses the growing demand for innovative office solutions and aims to attract the right audience to foster successful partnerships.
MQR will occupy around 1,465 square metres within Alburouj Business Park, which spans 100,000 square metres and encompasses nine buildings.
It offers a range of comprehensive services, including administrative, legal, and financial support, which will facilitate seamless project management and operational efficiency for businesses.
