Cairo – Mubasher: International Company for Leasing’s (Incolease) ordinary general meeting (OGM) has approved a cash dividends distribution of EGP 50 million or EGP 2.5 per share for 2018.
The dividends will be paid over two tranches at 40% on 30 June and at 60% on 30 September, Incolease said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Tuesday.
It is worth noting that Incolease had logged a net profit of EGP 107.07 million in 2018, versus EGP 96.14 million a year earlier.
The company’s total revenues increased 2.71% to EGP 1.214 billion last year, versus EGP 1.182 billion in 2017.
