Inmar, Al Rajhi Capital plan establishing SAR 1bn real estate funds

Riyadh – Mubasher: Inmar Company for Real Estate Development and Investment signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Al Rajhi Capital on 26 August.

The two parties agreed to study the establishment of three real estate investment funds with a total estimated value of SAR 1 billion.

The MoU establishes a framework for cooperation between the two parties to evaluate the feasibility of these investment vehicles.

Both companies will conduct necessary due diligence, professional evaluations, and feasibility studies. The scope of the agreement also covers the completion of financing procedures and the pursuit of required regulatory approvals.

The MoU is valid for a duration of 120 days and is subject to automatic renewal for similar periods if work on fund establishment, evaluations, or regulatory filings remains ongoing.

Inmar stated that there is no determinable financial impact at this current stage. The company further confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction.

At the end of June 2026, the listed company’s net profits hit SAR 69.60 million, an annual growth of 7.20% from SAR 64.92 million.
