Riyadh — Mubasher: International Human Resources Company recently signed a contract with the National Water Company (NWC) for the provision of manpower services, according to a bourse disclosure.
The agreement is valued at a total of SAR 55.56 million, excluding value-added tax.
Meanwhile, the contract was officially signed on 20 August 2026, following an initial award notification issued in early August 2026.
Under the terms of the agreement, International Human Resources will provide labor support to the state-owned water utility for a duration of 36 months, with the service period scheduled to commence effective 16 August 2026.
The listed company expects the financial impact of this contract to begin appearing in its financial results starting from the third (Q3) and fourth (Q4) quarters of the 2026 fiscal year.
International Human Resources confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction.
