Amman-Mubasher: Irbid District Electricity Company shareholders approved a cash dividend representing 60% of the capital at 600 fils per share, totalling JOD 4.8 million ($6.75 million).
The company reported a profit surge by 91.8% to JOD 6.52 million in 2014, compared to JOD 3.4 million in 2013.
Irbid’s capital amounts to JOD 8 million, distributed on 8 million shares at JOD 1 par value each.
