Riyadh — Mubasher: Itmam Consultancy Company recently unveiled the award of a project from the Social Development Bank (SDB) to manage the sustainability operations of the Dulani Business Center for 2026.
The company received the formal award letter on 21 September 2026, according to a bourse filing.
The contract focuses on enhancing the sustainability of the Dulani Center by providing non-financial services to micro-enterprises, freelancers, and small businesses.
Under the terms of the agreement, Itmam Consultancy will supply the necessary technical and professional requirements to support these entities.
While a specific fixed currency amount was not disclosed, the company confirmed that the project value exceeds 25% of its total annual revenues for the 2025 fiscal year.
Itmam Consultancy further noted that there are no related parties involved in this transaction.
The project is expected to strengthen the company's operational footprint in the consulting and business support sector within the Kingdom.
