Kuwait-Mubasher: Jazeera Airways has completed a capital reduction to KWD 20 million from KWD 42 million, according to a bourse statement.
The company will start distributing cash dividends on 13 December, with a value totalling KWD 32.7 million.
Jazeera noted that KWD 22 million of the payout will be allocated for buying back 220 million shares and the remaining KWD 10.7 million in accumulated profits until 30 June will be distributed as cash dividends .
When the special cash dividends distributed June 2015 are included, the airline’s payout would total KWD 52.7 million for the year.
Jazeera stock will be traded on 10 December at an opening price that will be set by the bourse.
