Riyadh – Mubasher: Keir International Company has signed several contracts with the Saudi government at a total value of SAR 16.08 million, including a SAR 8.75 million contract with the Ministry of Interior, according to a recent bourse filing.
Under the six-month agreement that was awarded on 31 May and signed on 7 August 2022, the listed firm will provide the ministry with spare parts and renew the software licences for its network devices.
Meanwhile, the deal will reflect on the Saudi listed firm’s 2022 semi-annual financial results.
Keir International also sealed additional agreements with several ministries at a combined value of SAR 7.33 million to link them and their related government bodies to the fiber-optic network.
It is worth noting that Keir International carried out different projects for the ministry in Riyadh, Dammam, and Tabuk.
Last July, the telecom services provider started the listing and trading of its shares on the Parallel Market (Nomu) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
