Riyadh – Mubasher: Knowledge Economic City named Amin Mohammad Shaker as the Chairman of the board for the coming four years.
Majed Helal Al Anazi was announced as the Vice Chairman, according to a bourse disclosure.
The two official assumed their role for a new board term that commenced on 28 July 2024 and will remain in position until 27 July 2028.
In the first half (H1) of 2024, the company’s net losses enlarged by 265.09% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 38.69 million from SAR 10.59 million.
Knowledge Economic City reported accumulated losses worth SAR 421.61 million as of 30 June 2024.
