Kuwait-Mubasher: Kuwait Credit Bank (KCB) said that 629 real estate loans were approved in November, with a total value of KWD 26.9 million, according to statistics issued by KCB.
The bank’s data indicated that an amount of KWD 2.6 million has been given for 37 non-commercial loans which were initially estimated at KWD 2.1 million.
Meanwhile, the number of government loans reached 194 which were valued by the bank at KWD 13 million and the paid amount was KWD 17.2 million.
Loans for purchasing houses reached 63, with a total estimate of KWD 4 million of which KWD 3 million only were paid.
The report noted that four loans were allocated for private houses estimated at about KWD 172,000. The paid loans stood at nearly KWD 174,000.
KCB said that 69 loans were allocated for government houses, with a total of KWD 1 million, while KWD 1.6 million was paid.
