Kuwait – Mubasher: Kuwait’s Finance Minister, Anas Khalid Al Saleh, said Monday that his country welcomes negotiations between Saudi Arabia and Russia on oil markets.
On the sidelines of G20 summit, Al Saleh said that Kuwait supports the results of the Saudi-Russian talks in order to reach balance, according to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA).
The minister noted that the talks comes in in the framework of cooperation between OPEC members and non-cartel countries.
Al Saleh believes that these negotiations are positive actions needed by oil markets in order to reach balance.
