Riyadh - Mubasher: Ladun Investment Company has signed a SAR 446 million sub-development contract with the National Housing Company (NHC) on 16 September 2025.
The contract aims to develop more than 400 residential villas in the Al-Mashraqia project, according to a bourse filing.
Located in Riyadh City, the development scheme spans about 100,440 square meters.
The 42-month deal is expected to reflect on the Tadawul-listed company’s financial results in 2026 and continue until completion.
During the January-June 2025 period, Ladun registered net profits after tax of SAR 21.32 million, lower by 34.25% from SAR 32.42 million.
