Riyadh — Mubasher: The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced that shares of Ladun Investment Company will be listed and commence trading on the Main Market starting Monday, 31 August 2026.
The company will be trading under the new symbol 4328, instead of the Nomu symbol 9535, while it will be listed within the Real Estate Management and Development sector.
The move follows the exchange's prior approval on 9 August 2026 for Ladun’s transition from the Nomu - Parallel Market.
According to the exchange disclosure, the stock will be subject to a daily price fluctuation limit of 10%.
The transition marks a significant regulatory milestone for the company as it moves to the primary exchange.
The listing follows the completion of all necessary procedures required for the transfer between market tiers.
All previous trading history and data for the company will be integrated into the Main Market systems ahead of the debut session on Monday.
