Cairo – Mubasher: Egyptian for Developing Building Materials (Lift Slab) has been awarded a commercial, administrative, and residential joint project by MOT Investments and Projects, an affiliate to the Egyptian transport ministry.
Situated on 1,065 square metres in Damietta Governorate, the project’s total cost totals EGP 100 million, according to a bourse statement released on Wednesday.
Lift Slab will execute 48% of the project, which is expected to generate EGP 160 million in sales.
It is worth highlighting that Lift Slab’s profit surged to EGP 3.618 million in 2019, compared to EGP 383,500 in the year-ago period.
