Riyadh – Mubasher: Liva Insurance Company’s board of directors accepted the resignation of independent director Ali Juma Al Lawati on 18 October 2026.
The resignation, which includes his departure from all board sub-committees, became effective on the same date.
The company stated that Al Lawati stepped down due to personal circumstances. He had served as a member of the board since his appointment on 26 November 2024.
Liva Insurance expressed its gratitude to Al Lawati for his contributions and efforts during his tenure.
The company confirmed it will announce any developments regarding the appointment of a replacement candidate in due course.
Last month, the insurance firm appointed David Healy as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors in a non-executive capacity.
