Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian local development fund has approved funding 1,731 small and micro projects with total investments of EGP 18 million during the first half of fiscal year (FY) 2019/2020.
The fund has provided EGP 15 million as loans, with EGP 3 million as public contribution.
Female participation came at 68% with 1,181 projects.
Minya and Gharbiya topped the list of the projects, with 276 projects in Minya and 265 in Gharbiya.
