UAE– Mubasher: MAJID Developments entered Dubai’s real estate market with the launch of Mayfair Gardens, a residential community building in the Emeriti City, according to a press release.
In line with its planned pipeline of five luxury projects and with investments exceeding AED 500 million by 2025, the company aims to redefine modern sophistication and luxury living.
The new eight-storey freehold community building encompasses 64 apartments, including 24 studio and 40 one-bedroom apartment units featuring spacious living areas and elegant interiors.

The groundbreaking for Mayfair Gardens took place on 28 August 2024 and the completion is scheduled in the second quarter (Q2) of 2026.
