MEFIC Capital releases semi-annual valuation reports for MEFIC REIT assets

Riyadh – Mubasher: Middle East Financial Investment Company (MEFIC Capital), the fund manager for the MEFIC REIT Fund, has announced the availability of the semi-annual valuation reports for the fund’s real estate assets.

The reports cover the period ending 30 June 2026, according to a bourse disclosure.

The valuations were conducted by independent accredited valuers in accordance with the asset valuation policy outlined in the fund’s terms and conditions. These reports provide an updated assessment of the fund's portfolio performance and fair market value as of the close of the first half (H1) of 2026.

MEFIC Capital stated that the comprehensive valuation documents are now accessible to the public and unit holders. The disclosure follows regulatory requirements for Real Estate Investment Traded Funds to ensure transparency regarding net asset values and property holdings.
