Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Middle East Specialised Cables Company (MESC) has named Yahya bin Ibrahim Al Qinaibit the company's Chairman starting on 1 January 2021.
The board has also appointed Saad Ammash Saad Al Shammari as a Vice-Chairman, according to the company's disclosure to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Thursday.
The current round of the board started on 2 July 2019 and will continue until 1 July 2022.
It is noteworthy to mention that during the third quarter (Q3) of 2020, the company reported a 97.62% year-on-year loss decline to SAR 200,000, compared to SAR 8.4 million in the year-ago period.
