Riyadh — Mubasher: Al Moammar Information Systems Company has received the third work order from HUMAIN, marking a significant milestone in a large-scale framework agreement first disclosed on 20 September 2026.
The new order is valued at more than 135% of the company's total revenues for 2025.
The work order is part of a broader agreement with HUMAIN that carries a total value exceeding 689% of the company's 2025 revenues, including value-added tax.
Under the terms of the contract, the project will be executed in sequential phases through specific work orders.
The company confirmed that the execution period for this specific work order is 16 months. The contract's financial impact is expected to appear in the company's financial statements starting in the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2026.
MIS noted that it will continue to announce further work orders as they are received, including the specific periods in which their financial results will be reflected.
