Cairo – Mubasher: Madinet Masr Housing and Development has signed a strategic partnership with Redcon Spain Construction to accelerate construction work in the Sarai mixed-use project in New Cairo.
Under this partnership, Redcon Spain will handle the construction of the Z Villas in the East Wave project in Sarai, with investment exceeding EGP 600 million, according to a press release.
Meanwhile, the construction process is scheduled to be implemented in 2025.

Last month, the development company announced real estate projects at a total value of EGP 103 billion.
