Riyadh – Mubasher: Maharah Human Resources Company has appointed Abdullah Sulaiman Al Amro as the board’s Chairman.
Ahmed Saleh Al Humaidan was announced as the Vice Chairman, according to a bourse disclosure.
The board members elected the two officials on 22 May. They assumed their roles for a new term that began on 16 May 2024 and will remain in position until 15 May 2028.
In the first quarter (Q1) of 2024, Maharah Human Resources posted 55.03% year-on-year (YoY) higher profits at SAR 50.03 million, compared to SAR 32.27 million.
