Riyadh – Mubasher: Ownership disclosures on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) for the period of 6-7 July 2026 revealed two strategic stake increases by major individual investors as shareholders consolidated their positions in the media and construction sectors.
Fahad Nayef Mutaib Al Anzi increased his equity in Tihama Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Company by 0.34%. Following this transaction, his total ownership in the company rose to 7.67%, up from the previous level of 7.33%.
In the parallel market (Nomu), Meshal Sunitan Sunhat Al-Otaibi raised his stake in Al Ashghal Al Muyassara Company. The shareholder's position grew by 0.10%, bringing his total holding to 5.31% compared to 5.21% prior to the change.
Official data indicated that there were no new entries into the list of major shareholders, defined as those owning 5% or more of a company's capital, during the two-day period.
Similarly, no major shareholders exited their positions or dropped below the mandatory disclosure threshold. The total number of recorded changes remained limited to the two aforementioned transactions.
Tihama Advertising recently appointed Fahad Abdullah Al Khunaini to its board of directors to fill a vacant seat.
In its general assembly meeting, Al Ashghal Al Moysra’s shareholders approved several key resolutions, including the authorization for the Board of Directors to distribute interim dividends for 2026.
