Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Manazel Real Estate announced it has recorded a net profit of AED 230.73 million for the full-year 2018, compared to AED 220.55 million a year earlier.
Revenue fell to AED 809.23 million last year from AED 861.9 million in 2017, the real estate firm said in a statement to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).
Earnings per share (EPS) stood at AED 0.089 during the 12-month period ended 31 December 2018, versus AED 0.085 in 2017.
Total assets amounted to AED 5.315 billion in 2018, versus AED 4.97 billion in the year before.
In the first half of 2018, Manazel posted an AED 132.867 million in net profit, surging 135% year-on-year.
