Riyadh — Mubasher: Marble Design Company announced the start of electronic voting for its Extraordinary General Assembly meeting (EGM) on 23 October 2026 at 1:00, according to a bourse filing.
The voting period will remain open until the conclusion of the assembly meeting, which is scheduled to be held on 27 October at 19:30.
Meanwhile, the EGM will be conducted via modern technology at the company’s headquarters in the Sadus Industrial Area, Riyadh.
Marble Design’s announcement of the e-voting follows an initial invitation issued on 29 September 2026.
The company confirmed that registration and voting through the Tadawulaty platform are provided free of charge to all shareholders.
A live stream of the assembly proceedings will also be available through the platform.
The shareholders are expected to discuss the board of directors’ earlier recommendation to change the official commercial name of the company from Marble Design Factory Company.
