Marseilia partners with Namaa to build residential project in Dakahlia

Cairo – Mubasher: The board of directors of Marseilia Almasreia Alkhalegeya Real Estate Investment decided to establish a new project in Benha in the governorate of Dakahlia in partnership with Namaa Misr.

The project, slated to cover an area of about 20,212 square metres, will feature residential towers, the company said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Thursday. 

Marseilia will have 50% of the proceeds of the proposed project which comes in line with the company’s strategic plan to expand in the Delta region.  

It is noteworthy that for the full-year 2019, Marseilia’s net profits surged to EGP 7.96 million from EGP 1.97 million in 2018.
