Riyadh - Mubasher: The Mediterranean and Gulf Insurance and Reinsurance Company (MedGulf) logged net profits after Zakat attributable to shareholders amounting to SAR 41.06 million in 2025, an annual drop of 59.74% from SAR 101.99 million.
The earnings per share (EPS) declined to SAR 0.30 in January-December 2025 when compared to SAR 0.97 a year earlier, according to the annual financial results.
MedGulf generated 21.64% year-on-year (YoY) higher insurance revenues at SAR 4.32 billion in 2025, versus SAR 3.55 billion.
Accumulated Losses
As of 31 December 2025, the insurance company reported accumulated losses totaling SAR 114.07 million, representing 8.26% of its SAR 1.38 billion capital.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2025, MedGulf recorded net profits amounting to SAR 36.07 million.
