Riyadh - Mubasher: Miahona Company inked a sale and purchase agreement (SPA) to fully acquire Sha’s Water Services Limited Company, including a relevant stake in its affiliates.
The transaction will bolster Miahona’s growth in the water distribution business space across multiple customer segments and enhance its positioning in the industrial sector, according to a bourse disclosure.
It will generate operational synergies and upsides in relation to prospective new business development opportunities.
Miahona entered into the agreement with Al Manhal Water Factory Company Limited, an affiliate of Nestle Waters SAS, on 4 June 2026.
The deal is valued at SAR 95.01 million, which could increase up to SAR 102.71 million subject to and conditional on achievement of specific financial targets based on 2025 audited financial results of Sha’s Water Services.
The Tadawul-listed company announced cash dividends valued at SAR 24.13 million for 2025.
