Cairo – Mubasher: Misr Beni Suef Cement (MBSC) has registered net profits after tax worth EGP 47.65 million during the first quarter (Q1) of 2022, a surge from EGP 37.42 million in Q1-21.
The company's revenues leaped to EGP 436.38 million in Q1-22 from EGP 255.92 million in Q1-21, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.
Meanwhile, the earnings per share (EPS) stood at EGP 0.57 in the January-March 2022 period, versus EGP 0.45 during the same period a year earlier.
It is worth noting that last year, Misr Beni Suef Cement reported net profits after tax of EGP 169.05 million, higher than EGP 76.38 million in 2020.
