Cairo – Mubasher: Misr Oils and Soap has recorded a net profit of EGP 11.03 million for the first nine months of fiscal year 2018/2019, down 51.2% year-on-year from EGP 22.62 million.
Total revenue amounted to EGP 1.095 billion during the July-to-March period of FY18/19, versus EGP 1.08 billion in the corresponding period of FY17/18, the company said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Monday.
The company’s board of directors has approved the ordinary general meeting’s (OGM) proposal to amend the articles 21 and 43 of the articles of association.
It is worth noting that Misr Oils had achieved EGP 10.72 million in profits for the first eight months of FY18/19, compared to EGP 16.78 million in the same period a year earlier.
