Cairo-Mubasher: Mobinil shareholders endorsed financial statements for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2014, the company said in a bourse filing Tuesday.
The statements showed that the telecom firm narrowed FY14 consolidated net losses by 12.5% to EGP 399.8 million ($52.4 million), from EGP 457.7 million ($60 million) a year earlier.
Meanwhile, the company’s shareholders gave a nod, in an extraordinary general meeting, to amending articles of incorporation. They also decided to delay the sale of several owned assets.
