Riyadh - Mubasher: Morabaha Marina Financing Company urged its shareholders to the ordinary general meeting (OGM), which is scheduled to be held in person and via modern technology means on Monday, 22 June 2026.
The meeting will review and discuss the annual report for the fiscal year that ended on 31 December 2025, according to a bourse filing.
Shareholders will vote on the auditor’s report and discuss the consolidated financial statements.
They will also vote on the appointment of the company’s auditor from among the candidates based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee to examine, review, and audit the financial statements for the annual financial statements of 2026 and the first quarter (Q1) of 2027 and to determine his fees.
In Q1-26, the company’s net profits shrank by 96.91% to SAR 1.01 million from SAR 32.71 million in Q1-25.
