Riyadh – Mubasher: Mufeed Company issued a corrective disclosure regarding its interim financial results for the six-month period that ended on 30 June 2026.
The announcement rectifies specific data points previously published on 1 September.
The company clarified that the total equity, excluding non-controlling interests, for the comparable period of the previous year was SAR 146,231.
This figure replaces the previously reported amount of SAR 155,206. Consequently, the percentage change for this financial indicator has been adjusted to 12.54%, correcting the earlier statement of 17.59%.
Mufeed confirmed that this amendment was necessary to ensure the accuracy of the comparative financial data provided to shareholders.
No other modifications to the interim financial statements were reported in the disclosure.
