Riyadh - Mubasher: Mulkia Investment Company announced the distribution of SAR 8.85 million worth of cash dividends to the unitholders of Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund for the period from 1 January to 31 March this year.
The dividends will be paid as SAR 0.13 per unit within 15 business days post the eligibility date to the unitholders that are registered on 19 April.
The company said the total number of the outstanding units of the cash dividends is 68.1 million.
