Mubasher: The board of Muscat Finance has recommended distributing cash dividend and bonus shares for the fiscal year of 2016.
The board has proposed a 10% cash dividend or 10 baisas per share, with an overall value of OMR 2.67 million, according to a bourse statement issued on Thursday.
Also, board members recommended bonus shares of 7% of the capital which will total OMR 28.54 million after the increase.
