Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: National Bank of Fujairah (NBF) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with AI-centric digital transformation firm Finesse Global to provide dedicated system integrator financing solutions.
Finesse will secure flexible financing to end-users, while NBF expands its services to institutions and SMEs across multiple sectors, according to a press release.
The partnership combines the company’s expertise in AI, analytics, automation, cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise platforms, and NBF’s sector-focused banking solutions.
Together, they aim to help businesses scale, optimize operations, and improve customer experiences.

In the first half (H1) of 2025, NBF reported 41.80% higher net profits before tax valued at AED 687.60 million, compared to AED 484.90 million in H1-24.
