Riyadh – Mubasher: The National Housing Company (NHC) has signed a series of agreements and memoranda of understanding (MoUs) at a combined value of SAR 30 billion, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
The joint deals were penned with government entities and private sector companies on the sidelines of the Real Estate Future Forum (RFF) 2025.
NHC inked a MoU with the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources to enhance collaboration in supply chains and the Industrial Links Program. This aims to boost and enhance efficiency in the real estate development sector.
In another key agreement, a MoU was signed with King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) in collaboration with Al Saif Company to reinforce construction development through off-site construction technologies.
The company also sealed two open purchase agreements with Zamil Air Conditioners Factory and Alfanar Company.
NHC, CETC China Construction, and Alrawaf Contracting entered into a partnership for a Logistics City project in Khuzam Destination.
This initiative aims to foster the efficiency of supply chains in the real estate sector, strengthen the national economy, and back future real estate development projects.
