Riyadh – Mubasher: The National Water Company (NWC) inked three memoranda of understanding (MoU) with several leading global and local firms on the sidelines of the LEAP 2025 tech conference in Riyadh.
The deals aim to enhance digital infrastructure and launch advanced technologies in customer service, data analytics, AI, and cloud computing, according to a press release.
NWC signed the first MoU with Oracle, a global leader in business applications and systems, to focus on customer service systems, data analytics tools, business intelligence solutions, and AI applications.
The second agreement was signed with Cisco, a leader in network infrastructure and communications, to enhance telecommunications infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions.
Meanwhile, NWC sealed the third MoU with Salam to promote digital transformation by providing advanced internet and communication services.
The three agreements align with NWC's efforts toward digital transformation, fostering its ability to provide high-quality, efficient services using the latest global technologies.
