Riyadh — Mubasher: Nahdi Medical Company announced the results of its Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) held on 27 September, where shareholders representing 78.8% of the capital approved the election of a new board of directors.
The new term is scheduled to begin on 5 October 2026 and will run for a duration of four years, concluding on 4 October 2030.
The newly elected board includes Yasser bin Ghulam bin Abdulaziz Joharji, Abdullah bin Amer bin Abdullah bin Muneef Al Nahdi, Yasser bin Saleh bin Salem bin Mahfouz, and Homam bin Hatem bin Mohammed Bahareth.
The independent members joining the council are Abdul Latif bin Ali bin Abdul Latif Al Seif, Romain Pierre Edward Voog, and Junaid Azmat Bajwa. The election resolution passed with 90.94% of the votes.
Furthermore, shareholders approved a one-time additional fee of SAR 400,000 for the company’s auditor, KPMG Professional Consulting. The payment compensates for extra working hours during the examination and audit of the financial statements for 2025.
This proposal received 99.49% approval. The assembly also authorized the new board to exercise licensing powers under the Companies Law for a period of one year.
