Riyadh — Mubasher: Nahdi Medical Company has issued an invitation to its shareholders to attend the Ordinary General Assembly meeting scheduled for 27 September 2026 at 18:30.
The meeting, which will be conducted via modern technology, aims to address several key agenda items, including the election of board members for a new four-year term beginning 5 October 2026.
Shareholders will vote on the appointment of directors from a list of candidates for the upcoming session ending 4 October 2030.
Additionally, the assembly will consider a proposal to pay additional fees totaling SAR 400,000 to the company’s external auditor, KPMG.
This one-time payment is intended to cover extra working hours incurred during the audit and review of the financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year.
The meeting will also seek to authorize the new board of directors with the powers of the Ordinary General Assembly for a period of one year.
The company, which has a paid-up capital of SAR 1.30 billion, stated that the meeting will be valid if attended by shareholders representing at least one-quarter of the capital.
Electronic voting for the agenda items is set to begin on 23 September 2026.
In the first half (H1) of 2026, the listed medical group registered net profits of SAR 450.90 million, an annual drop of 8.65% from SAR 493.60 million.
