Riyadh — Mubasher: Najran Cement Company announced the results of its Ordinary General Assembly meeting (OGM) held on 26 August 2026, which was conducted via modern technology from the company’s headquarters in Najran.
Shareholders approved the auditor's report for the fiscal year ended on 31 December 2025, with 78.22% of votes in favor. The resolution saw 4.90% of votes against and 16.42% abstentions.
This second session was convened one hour after the scheduled time for the first meeting due to a lack of legal quorum, with attendance reaching 21.9% of the capital-representing shares.
The shareholders also approved delegating the board of directors the authority of the Ordinary General Assembly regarding the licenses mentioned in the Companies Law for a period of one year or until the end of the current board term, whichever is earlier. This item passed with 76.70% approval, while 16.89% voted against and 5.96% abstained.
The meeting was attended by Chairman Fahad bin Abdullah Abdulaziz Al Rajhi and other board members.
