Riyadh – Mubasher: Naseej International Trading Company announced the results of its rights issue and new shares subscription, reporting a coverage ratio of 81.85% of the total shares offered.
During the subscription period, investors subscribed to 13.37 million new shares out of a total of 16.34 million shares offered, with a total value of SAR 133.80 million.
The company confirmed that the remaining 2.96 million unsubscribed shares will be offered to institutional investors during a rump offering period.
This phase is scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM on 16 September and will conclude at 5:00 PM on 17 September 2026.
Institutional investors will submit purchase offers for the remaining shares, which will be allocated starting with the highest bids, provided they are not below the offering price.
Wasatah Capital is acting as the underwriter for the transaction. In the event that institutional investors do not subscribe to all remaining shares, the underwriter will be obligated to purchase the balance at the offering price.
Naseej International stated that the final allocation will be proportional among institutions that submit identical bids.
