National Cleaning net profits declined by 74.1% to reach KWD 507,800 in 2014 , down from KWD 1.96 million in the previous year.
The company's earnings per share has reiterated to KWD 2.06 fils per share in 2014, compared with KWD 7.94 fils per share in 2013.
Meanwhile, the company's operating revenues recorded KWD 612,400 in 2014, compared with KWD 2.025 million in 2013, with decline by 70%.
In related development, the company's board of directors recommended to withhold dividends distribution for 2014.
National Cleaning is capitalised at KWD 26.16 million, divided into 261.64 million shares at KWD 100 par value each.
