Mubasher: The extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of National Finance Company has approved the acquisition and merger with Oman Orix Leasing Company, according to a bourse filing.
The EGM has authorized the board of directors to issue new shares, within the limits of the capital of the merging, to the merged companies' shareholders who wish to get shares in place of their shares at the merged entity, the company said in a statement to the Muscat Securities Market (MSM).
