Mubasher: The shareholders of National Gas - Oman has approved the distribution of cash dividends and bonus shares for the year 2016, according to a bourse filing.
The company said in a statement to the Muscat Securities Market (MSM) that the cash dividends will be 11 baisas per share, totalling OMR 605,000, which represents 11% of the company’s capital.
On the other hand, the bonus shares will be at 9.09% of the company’s capital at one bonus share for every 11 original shares, with a total amount of 5 million shares, raising the company’s capital to OMR 6 million distributed over 60 million shares.
