Riyadh – Mubasher: National Gypsum Company has been unable to publish its interim financial results for the six-month period that ended on 30 June 2026, within the specified regulatory deadline.
This follows a previous disclosure made by the company on 11 August 2026, regarding the potential delay.
The company attributed the delay to the external auditor’s ongoing work to complete additional technical requirements. These procedures require the involvement of independent valuation entities and the preparation of specialized reports, which have taken more time than originally anticipated.
National Gypsum confirmed it has provided the auditor with all necessary data and documents, noting that the review process remains ongoing.
The financial impact of this delay cannot be determined at this stage and will be disclosed upon the completion of the audit. Consequently, the company will be subject to the procedures for suspending the trading of listed securities in accordance with the listing rules.
National Gypsum stated it will provide monthly updates on the status of the financial results until they are published.
