Mubasher: National Industries Company, listed on Boursa Kuwait, has received a notification letter from its 50%-owned subsidiary, Saudi Insulated Block Co, stating that it sold 14 land plots in Jeddah for SAR 26.7 million (approx. KWD 2.17 million).
The sold lands span an area of 41,062 square meters, according to a bourse statement on Tuesday.
National Industries said there is no financial effect from the transaction at the moment, but noted that an update will be provided in case a material impact appeared.
