Mubasher: National International Holding Company has raised its ownership in the associate company, Coast Investment and Development Company, to 31.65% from 29.59%.
This step was made after Coast Investment had canceled its treasury shares, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
The transaction does not have a financial impact on National International Holding.
It is noteworthy to mention that during the first half (H1) of 2021, NIH has achieved around KWD 74,000 profits, versus KWD 1.387 million in the year-ago period.
